Clean it first, then season the fish with salt and white pepper for 10 minutes. Place the fish on a plate , place the plate holding the fish in the steamer, cover, steam the fish until just cooked through, 10 minutes, depending on the thickness. Add the cooking wine to the hot plate, leave in on for 5 minutes.
Carefully remove the plate from the steamer, lay the ginger, salt, green onion with soy sauce on top of the fish.
It is a perfect candidate for a busy weekend dinner. It is so simple and health delicious and easy to prepare.
