Santana Row Walks

Santana Row is a more upscale shopping place here in the Bay Area. It's located conveniently on Stevens Creek, which is a super busy street . However, parking does get super difficult because you do get a lot of shoppers, both locals and tourists.
It is  a  nice place for the more upscale shoppers with several top brands. They also have several other stores that are on the less pricey side, like H&M and Urban Outfitters, which I usually come for.
I  do enjoy strolling down the street even if I am just window shopping. It's a nice place to walk around and enjoy the atmosphere and relax.

Lake Elizabeth

It's beautiful park filled with ducks, geese, and other wildlife. Be careful with your steps, ducks and Geese's poop on the cemented walkway. 
There were plenty of people walking, running, biking, fishing, or dog walking around the lake. 
Foods, drinks..balloons are on the picnic table.  It seems lots of  people in town come here to relax during the weekend. It is a little crowded.
Fremont is right on the BART line, 20 minutes away from Silicon Valley..
This lake has everything, water park, skateboard park, picnic tables, playgrounds...You name it, this park has it. I also saw some constructions was going on...
It takes me about 1 hour to walk around the lake at normal pace.
I am impressed Fremont. I love Lake Elizabeth. Awesome park and great way to spend a few hours on the weekend.

Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park

Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park is located in Felton, somewhere north of Santa Cruz. It's actually an easy drive to get there once you get off  17.
First off, the redwoods are spectacula and gorgeous. Beautiful park, and all the employees were very nice and informative. When we visited here, we alse saw a tour with hundared of people from china - you see that this park is quite famous.
There is a train ride available for about $28, it's a little pricey I think.  We didnt take it because we came here for hiking.
This is a great park for hiking, Beautiful redwood forest with many trails..The air is perfectly crisp and refreshing. The trees are big and beautiful. I think it is definitely worth hiking around and exploring.

Marina State Beach

I like to go to the beach, and Marina beach is one of my favorite beaches in the world. This beach is located near Montery Bay in the small city of Marina. It is miles long and very clean, quite and serene.
Since I didn't grow up in a beach town, going to the shore was always a treat for me.
I love to stand at the sea, and wonders how big is the world?
I love to look at the waves, and watches it get closer and closer to us.
It gets pretty cold and windy thought, but if you sit on the sand with a warmer jacket, and enjoy the beautiful view you'll find yourself whisked away into another world where it was very peaceful and serene.
